No rest for the wicked as the say. KITA Staff stared 2016 off in full swing with short courses provided by the Rural Enterprise Project. Over 300 students form all over Ghana came together in the course of the month to engage and learn in different subjects including; mushroom farming, baking and convectionaries, fish farming, rabbit and grasscutter rearing, poultry production, post harvest technology and handling and packaging, soap and cosmetic making and packaging, swine production, Fruit, nuts and, seed processing, livestock production, and bee keeping. This program is designed to increase the knowledge of entrepreneurs in Ghana to help build a better Ghana with a stable and copious economy. More short Course will be available in April of 2016.
